Custom VHDL simulation code

Hello,

I have created a simple schematic of an AND gate in Qucs (A & B as input, X as output).
Now I want to write a custom VDHL simulation code for testing purposes that generates custom wave forms across the time axes.

I have already read through the documentation, but I don't have any idea how I can achieve that.
Can someone help me on this?
