This circuit, 0 second ... (3 second + 5 microsecond) simulating. But simulating window is 74% pausing. Where is the my fault? Thanks.

Your LC time constant is about 200 ns. You won't be able to see the oscillation on a timescale of 4 seconds. Try your values in here: http://www.cvel.clemson.edu/emc/calculators/RLC_Calculator/index.html
It helps to add the initial value of zero current on the inductor and zero volt on the capacitor.
Anyway, have it attached.
