Hi,

I have noted one problem with a parameter "Xcjc" on simulation of BJT. I have made simple "Sine wave to Square wave" using BJT BFT92. If parameter Xcjc is minor of 1.0 the simulation do not start. BFT92 have Xcjc = 0.3 with this value if start the simulation, the simulation do not start and locks on "create netlist".

I have attached the model.

"Sine wave to Square wave with BJT"

    Problem confirmed.
Although the progress window locks on "create netlist" the netlist is created in the Qucs directory and the 'qucsator' task fully loads the CPU. It could just be, that Xcjc=0.3 makes the computation task much more complex.

The description of Xcjc reads "fraction of Cjc that goes to internal base pin". If Xcjc is set to 2, Qucs gives the error:
checker error, value of `Xcjc' (2) is out of range `[0,1]' in `BJT:BFT92_1'

It's something to work on but not necessarily a bug. Some models are less easy to solve for the transient simulation.
    Closing this bug for now.
