Hello All,
I am using "qmail-1.03" and qmailadmin-1.2.9,
vpopmail-5.4.13, vqadmin-2.3.6. I have some queries
regarding configurations.

I am running mail server behind firewall and hosting
is outside and downloading all incoming email through
"fetchmail" and distributing locally using single  
account from hosting provider. My local users who are
using our local mail server as SMTP/POP3 and sending
big emails inside the domain and outside the domain.

* Query-1: (Disable email relay)
  I want to know is there any possibility in 
  qmailadmin/vqadmin to restrict some users to send 
  and receive emails with in the domain 
  "*@mydomain.com". All other domain emails should be
  bounced. Other users send & receive email to all 
  over the world.

* Query-2: (Qmailadmin / Change Password Page)
  I want to know is there any configuration in 
  qmailadmin regarding access control list. Means 
  user can access only the change password page.
  Postmaster access only qmailadmin page and assign
  auto responder,change password and forwarder etc.
  We want user can not logged in qmailadmin with 
  his/her account. Only Postmaster have this 
  permission.

* Query-3: (Big mails send in night hours)
  I want to know is there any possibility in the qmail
  to define grater than 3Mb emails must be queue and 
  entertain in the night hours when bandwidth free.
