[Qform-announce] QueryForm 1.3 released

QueryForm 1.3 has been released.

In addition to the usual minor bugfixes, the latest release features
full support for pluggable look-and-feels, and allows the
look-and-feel to be changed on-the-fly while the program is running.
Enjoy a little eye candy, and use QueryForm with one of the many
available third-party look-and-feel modules, a number of which are
free.

Also, an enhanced user guide has been included with this release.
