[QDVDAuthor-users] My First DVD Chapter

Hi,

I've added the polishing touches to the My First DVD chapter in the
qdvdauthor manual.  This includes pictures along with better formatting
to the text.

I have still left the steps for using xine and vlc player in the chapter
as I haven't been able to get qplayer to work with dvd menus.  Once I
can I will replace these with the use of qplayer and maybe move them to
an appendix or do an advanced chapter on using external media players.
