Stephane, the idea is to drag the movie over into the subtitles field, then start the movie. press [Start] when the movie reached the right start position for the subtitle. press [End] when it reached the end for a subtitle. After this you can actually type the subtitle and then press [Add new] to add it to the list. [End] should pause the movie. Clicking on stop [O] should continue the movie. This way you can work your way through the whole movie. Once you are done with the subtitle you should click the close [X] button to assign it to the movie and then it is definitly worth saving the project. You can drag the movie back on the preview to verify that everything worked as expected. The whole interface is very preliminary and not too intuitive (as I had some other people ask how to use it) I will have to work on the interface a bit more. Varol :) Ps. One note, it is important to get the times right and currently the MPlayer MeduaBackend seems to give the more accurate timing information.
