#3 Provide a missing birthyear option

The birthyear assigned to animals with missing or
unknown birthyears is 1900. This could be a problem
for deeply-pedigreed populations, such as humans. An
option to define the default birthyear would eliminate
this problem.

the default_bdate and default_byear options. See
