  • rc6 -- Logging fix, better clean-up

    Logging now works again, ID maps are cleaned-up automatically after pedigree renumbering, and pyp_metrics/effective_founder_genomes() has some new parameters and a small bugfix.

pyp_metrics, and pyp_networks I also added logging hooks.
The calls were at the start of the file, in the psyco
import statement, and those modules are loaded in 
pyp_newclasses before the logging ...
