Hi If you make an electrostatic map using the abps tools plugin and then use rotate to change the orientation of the molecule the resulting electrostatic surface is clearly not correct. It appears as if the co-ordinates of the molecule have been rotated but those of the electrostatic map have stayed the same. I have tried using rotate y, 180, apbs_map and rotate y, 180, all and clicking update on the apbs_tools plugin visualisation tab but none of these restore the correct electrostatic surface. The only solution is to continue rotation about the y axis until the total rotation is 360 (i.e 0). There was a post about this previously with a map created by GRASP.
