The "normalize_ccp4_maps" setting is now functional in the CVS source
version, and will work in 0.69+.  Note that this setting must be
changed before loading the map.  On-the-fly map transformations (ala
CNS/X-PLOR) would be a cool and very easy feature to implement in
future versions...
