[PyMOL] working with ccp4 maps

I have some questions about working with cryo-tomography maps in PyMOL.
Once you create an isosurface from a map, how do you move it?
How do you color part of a map?

I am trying to recreate the attached image using different colors and a different orientation.

The maps are EMDB-2329 (central hub) and EMDB-2330 (one triplet that I have to show nine times).
