This usually means that tk or tcl is not installed correctly. You could try to google the error. This gives you an idea about the problem 99% of the cases. Also you can double check that everything is installed. $ port installed tk tcl pymol. On a macosx 10.5.8 I get: pymol @1.3_0 (active) tcl @8.5.8_0+darwin (active) tk @8.5.8_0+darwin (active) Ultimately you could file a bug report with macports or ask on their mailing list.
