Vitaly, What you want is the "mdo" command. Check it out: http://www.pymolwiki.org/index.php/Mdo. We are planning to add features like frame-based settings in a future release. I would like to decrease the quality for the first scene, but boost it up for the second one. I have tried scripting this with "set surface_quality, 0, all" in the first scene and "set surface_quality, 1, all" in the second one, but this does not seem to work: when the script is executed, the latter setting takes effect. > > So, I guess my question is, is it possible to store the quality settings in a Pymol scene? > > Thank you. > > Vitaly > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: Jason Vertrees <jas...@sc...> > Date: Tuesday, April 13, 2010 4:47 pm > Subject: Re: [PyMOL] Label size in different scenes > To: Vitaly Vostrikov <vv...@ua...> > Cc: pym...@li... > >> Vitaly, >> >> Great, glad to hear it.
