I wish the pdb het atom pages would get rid of JMol for 3D viewing of molecules and hop onto twirlymol. Just as a question, what version of OpenGL does pymol rely on? WebGL is based around OpenGL ES 2.0 which is based around OpenGL 2.0. I assume pymol doesn't use OpenGL 3.0, since its not even in OS X right now. This area is something I'm hugely ignorant of though. -David |
