Sorry for the delay in getting back (I'm catching up on my e-mails).

1. Please refer to http://pydev.org/download.html for getting the
update site links (for the current release or nightly build).

2. To get the code and compile, check: http://pydev.org/developers.html.

3. To create the update site, check the steps on
com.python.pydev.docs/release_process.txt (just updating the paths for
the paths of your own computer -- Follow the nightly build steps).
