An Idea!

When you use a software like labwindows (NI), you have
to install a "runtime engine" to run your application
without labwindows development.

Imagine with a "python runtime engine" (pyd, dll) installed
without python development, with py2exe you can
installed your application with one or some files, and
not nowadays with a great number of files
