Finally added support for other Chip sets

Last night I hack out some more chip id routines in pblast, so it should be used with the whole line of Basic Stamp chip, including the mysterious BS2pe.

there is next to no doumentation for pblast yet, as I'm still working on this.

CVS started.

I've added the preliminary CVS files, and will soon put together a CVS. Sorry, I'm still working on documenation, to make it easier to install.
