[Psidev-pi-dev] Some questions regarding the mzQuantML schema

Hello,

for me the following questions arised when I looked over the mzQuantML 
schema:
1. Why is there currently only one StudyVariable allowed under the 
StudyVariableList?
2. Under the processingMethod in dataProcessing there is a 
referencableParamGroupRef element,
      but where are these referencableParamGroup's defined?
3. In the mzIdentML we have a cvList element for the CVs used within the 
mzIdentML file. Would it make sense
     to have such a cvList in the mzQuantML too?
