Or after some idle-time. So you might want to see if it crashes after the same amount of time after connection, or after the same amount of idle-time. In the first case there is little we can do. In the second case, you can try to enable keepalives in putty from the configuration at: Connection > Sending of null packets to keep session active > Seconds between keepalives: 25 And see if that makes a differences.
