Thanks Matt! That seemed to work.

You know I noticed something strange. If I convert this file from the command line it is about 350MB . If I use the GUI, it's 2.6 GB. I suspect it has something to do with the index?  But I'm just guessing.

I put the files here with the config file I used if you want to have a look

Hi Brett,

Use the 64-bit version. This is a known issue with 32-bit (for 2GB+ input files) that I haven't gotten around to fixing.

We actually got it running under wine, but it is having a different issue....If I get the windows one working maybe you can help me with that too?
