System Info: Microsoft Windows XP version 2002 Service Pack 3 Intel Pentium 4 CPU I've installed the required Windows prerequisites I may not be understanding the question right but I'm trying to use bjam.exe to build the project. I have tried dropping my code in the pwiz_tools/examples folder and adding it into the Jamfile there and calling quickbuild.bat which works to a point. It builds the binaries and as far as I can tell they are executable unless they need to open an vendor MS file (a wiff file for example) in which they give me the error Permission denied (the file has permissons 777 so it should be executable). As far as I can tell all the DLLs it needs are in the same folder. I thought that if I could build the one file against project that it might be easier to unravel what was going wrong. I've been using the libraries just fine on OSX (building under Xcode) but the combination of windows and bjam is causing me some pain. I followed the bjam instructions and can get a simple hello world program to build but I'm having trouble figuring out what to do to get the proteowizard stuff to connect in. Does anyone have a really simple example that they would be willing to send me? Maybe with a few comments? Do I have to be using a particular version of msvc (I have 10.0 and 8.0 on the system, both express). >> >> Thanks, >> --Jamie >> >> Jamie Sherman >> Burlingame Lab, UCSF >> ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ >> This SF.net email is sponsored by Sprint >> What will you do first with EVO, the first 4G phone? >> Visit sprint.com/first -- http://p.sf.net/sfu/sprint-com-first >> _______________________________________________ >> proteowizard-developer mailing list >> pro...@li... >> https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/proteowizard-developer > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ > This SF.net email is sponsored by Sprint > What will you do first with EVO, the first 4G phone? > Visit sprint.com/first -- http://p.sf.net/sfu/sprint-com-first_______________________________________________ > proteowizard-developer mailing list > pro...@li... > https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/proteowizard-developer |
