Awesome -- the new file release system is really nice, once you know what your projects directory structure is. Here's the scp command line for posterity and future scripts: scp *.zip *.tgz username,pro...@fr...:/home/frs/project/p/pr/proteowizard/proteowizard/1.6.0/ Note the .../proteowizard/proteowizard/... in the path. I think it's fine to keep the daily builds at LabKey, unless space becomes an issue. I would like to see regular releases on SourceForge though (monthly or even weekly). I've uploaded the 1.6.0 packages. Matt, thanks for all the fixes. And thank you to the LabKey folks (Dave, Kevin, Josh) for getting the builds up and running.
