#69 Images shouldn't be increased in size
Example: if you upload a 300x300 image, and one of your displaystory.html or media.html templates specifies dimensions of 500x500, the original image will be stretched to fit, and will become pixellated.
My thinking is that PROPS should only *reduce* the size of images, and never increase it.
