I have noticed that a user who is not logged-in and tries to access the "userManagement", will be redirected to the homepage. (will not get to view the requested page).
However, on pages that i have created and added myself, it seems that they are viewable for users who are not logged-in.
I want to change the standard behaviour of newly created pages, so that they really do not become visible (so they will behave just like userManagement-page).
Update- oK, have found how to do this.
