New Win32 Version (and unix, since it's the same code :D).
v0.10.04 works fine on win32. Try out libdsbot for a
bot module. It has basic bot functionality to it now.
IE: ban/unban/enable/disable/quit/pban/ver/setflags/etc :)
Guess I should write a doc for it. todo++ >;-)
