Progect badly needs a "find" feature like the desktop
one has. The palm find does not search in the notes.
I propose a "fast filter" which would be like the
"flat" filter but would work with pure text.
For example you could type "sourceforge" and all items
with the word sourceforge would appear in a flat
filter. You could also type in a date or a percent
complete for example and have all those items appear in
a flat form.
As an alternative you could simply add a text box to
the flat filter and have it in addition to all other
options in that filter.

Would fixing the find inside notes work for you? Or would you
prefer the flat filter option?
I would think that the Global Search fix would be a more
general solution and would keep the complexity of Progect
down. It could also be implemented much more quickly.
Does that solution seem like it would work for you? Or should
we fix the bug AND leave this as a feature request?

Fixing the find would be OK as long as I could open up the
note and see what was in it AND I could see the topic.
A flat filter would be best or even a find next type of
feature would be great.
An incremental search would be groovy :)

Thanks guys. I am going to close this ticket. The Palm find
function works now. Thanks for your prompt action. Progect
really rocks.
