OK you're right, the DH error message has disappeared leaving me only = with this now when trying to connect from a remote machine: Aug 30 12:25:51 mod_tls/2.0.7[24123]: TLS/TLS-C requested, starting TLS = handshake Aug 30 12:25:53 mod_tls/2.0.7[24123]: unable to accept TLS connection: = Connection reset by peer Aug 30 12:25:53 mod_tls/2.0.7[24123]: TLS/TLS-C negotiation failed on = control channel However, I managed to install lftp on the ftp server (thanks for the URL = by the way) and I can make a connection when everything is local: Aug 30 16:22:07 mod_tls/2.0.7[29947]: TLS/TLS-C requested, starting TLS = handshake Aug 30 16:22:08 mod_tls/2.0.7[29947]: TLSv1/SSLv3 connection accepted, = using cipher DHE-RSA-AES256-SHA (256 bits) Aug 30 16:22:08 mod_tls/2.0.7[29947]: Protection set to Private Aug 30 16:22:08 mod_tls/2.0.7[29947]: starting TLS negotiation on data = connection I have tried to connect using SmartFTP and lftp from clients on = different networks and unfortunately, I can't get past the TLS = handshake. It seems to work for me only when doing a loopback = connection on the ftp server. I have sniffed packets leaving my client = and it seems that my client is sending a TCP reset for some reason. Has = anyone else had such problems? =20 George |
