If you're using the X version (I suppose there was SvgaLib version too, but I don't know about it), then you probably should have the resolution you've set in prboom set also in your /etc/X11/XF86Config file, in the subsection "Display" of section "Screen" (that's in X 4.0.2 at least): -- cut -- Section "Screen" Identifier "Screen 1" Device "Asus V3400" Monitor "My Monitor" DefaultDepth 16 Subsection "Display" Depth 8 Modes "800x600" "640x480" "640x400" ViewPort 0 0 EndSubsection Subsection "Display" Depth 16 Modes "800x600" "640x480" "512x384" "400x300" "320x240" "320x200" ViewPort 0 0 EndSubsection Subsection "Display" Depth 24 Modes "800x600" "640x480" ViewPort 0 0 EndSubsection EndSection -- cut -- works for me, in OpenGL mode too (I've got a Riva TNT card). Hope this helps. |
