#3 PortSMF is missing M4 macro files

PortSMF does not include the m4 files defining the macros used by configure.ac. This means you have to have the Autoconf Macro Archive macros installed in order to run autoreconf. This patch adds the files and directives so that the macro archive is not required to run autoreconf on PortSMF.
