Hi, I wrote the PPA networking howto based on my experience with win95/98/me and Linux on a local network. So I can't provide exact NT guidance. the "PS" printer will send postscript over the network to pnm2ppa on the LInux host. The other method (which does not involve pnm2ppa) needs you to install the HP windows drivers on the NT client, and configure the printer as a networked printer. Try using the setup.exe or the "add printer" dialog. The HOWTO "Networking HP PPA printers with Samba" describes my experience with Win95/98/ME, not NT though. It may need some changes on NT. Using this method, PPA instructions are produced on the Windows client, are sent over the netowrk and printed in "raw" mode ("lpr -l ...") on the linux host. You will probably be able to get things working on NT, although HP never officially supported the PPA printers as networked printers, they do work just fine on a network. Good luck.
