#115 comment regarding 3404359 (postscript offset)

Thanks for fixing the postscript offset issue.

One comment, the previous fix for xsize and ysize was accompanied by introducing default values in ps.c and psttf.c:

Perhaps an analogous logic should be introduced for the offsets?

Good point. I've fixed this to ensure the old default behaviour (32pt offset in the x and y directions).
