[Gaim-devel] Patch for dragging around buddies

The enclosed patch allows one to drag buddies from the buddy list onto
conversation windows and allows one to invite buddies to a chat by
dragging them from the buddy list onto the chat conversation
window. Also, it fixes up a few warnings that gaim can emit while
dragging around the tabs on windows to other windows.
