I see theming sounds and replacement of default sounds are two 
independent issues - they may both need to happen, that's fine.

I'm really just interested in having a great, solid, quality set of 
default sounds - regardless of whether they are themeable - especially 
since sounds can be customized (albeit, one at a time) already.
