For one, all of winamp's subwindows don't show in the taskbar (they may not be subwindows and just overlays??). Also, winamp has the option to uncheck "show in taskbar". With winamp set like that, no part of winamp shows in the taskabar and if you've used winamp, you will know that it is not confusing and is very productive. I may be in the minority, but I'm not the only one that wants a "behave like winamp" option. Can this actually be done with just a plugin or does the main code have to be modified to allow a plugin to stop gaim from creating ANY taskbar buttons >> At least stopping the buddy list from appearing in the taskbar would be >> great.
