Initial Comment:
This patch allows you to submit a local file to the
server from the storyAdmin.php3 script...
Get it and read more in the README :-)

Basically:

I got tired of typing plain text HTML stuff in the input
field of my browsers, just to find out that something
went wrong and
everything was lost! So I started typing stuff in a
separate program
locally, and then copy/pasting the files...
Why not just upload this darn thing :-)
