Read and respond to this message at: https://sourceforge.net/forum/message.php?msg_id=3255423 By: nobody I installed PostgreSQL and PHP, as well as phpPgAdmin. phpPgAdmin showed up when I pointed my browser to localhost/phpPgAdmin/index.php, but I couldn't login due to security reasons (because you can't login as user 'postgres' I guess). I then changed $conf['extra_login_security'] to false in the config.inc.php file. When I went to reload the page, it gave me the following error: "Your PHP installation does not support PostgreSQL. You need to recompile PHP using the --with-pgsql configure option." So now it appears PHP doesn't even recognize PostgreSQL, whereas a moment before it did. Scratching my head, I tried to reinstall PHP again as directed with no effect. I'm using MacOSX, by the way. Any idea what's going wrong? ______________________________________________________________________ You are receiving this email because you elected to monitor this forum.
