Include bug fix from RC2

A lot of bug fix, have been done since 0.4RC1.
Edit config.inc.php to fill your settings. images_path should be set where you want to put image, for cards and other.

Sorry guys, i disappear for a long time, so much works and .... Anyway, i finish this version this week as a i've too much works actually, so it's difficult to work on this project at the moment !!!! i need testers, pls help me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

New features :
Rewrite install process and some new options.
New account type mac.
New account type expiration ( permit to create 100 expiration accounts )
New option at creation radius profile and group. Who permit to create a lot of account with every radius attribute you would like.
Rewrite View options: Now u choose witch account u can print u can delete, u can add time, octets. Can be done one 1 or more accounts.
New information can be edited for account, like phone mail, note, ...

Last beta, before final release 0.4. The last step will be the installation script and dns, apache, freeradius installation. New features in this release are :
New features:
- Radius group management.
- Radius profiles
- New graphical stat
- Print cards improvment using fckeditor.
- Interface improvment

Hi all, you can try, test, debug the new version of phpmyprepaid. See the changelog for all new features, this version is working and have been tested with Ubuntu edgy, Php >= 5 and Mysql >= 5
. You need to edit also in your php.ini to set the register global value to off.

For install, just open your web browser to location of phpmyprepaid directory.
It's recommended for security reason, to install phpmyprepaid on ssl connection.... read more

I have not stopped working on this project, however, I have changed quite a bit as a result of live testing in Costa Rica. Parts of the new code will go into the new release but I haven't yet decided how to package it as the new version is tied to configuration options in radius and new colums in the sql database. I will try to get a new release out this month with all the new accounting features added in. Still no daily cards. :(

I took the last week off of this project, however, I will get back to it at the start of next week. I am working on 0.1.3 and will release by 1-13-2005.
