#706 (ok 4.3) Multi-db privileges adding

When you add priviledges for a user, you can actually
select one database; it would be useful if you can select
more than one database and then give them all the
same priviledges.
It can be done the same way as adding fields to a
database. When you add fields you have the possibility
to add more fields before confirm the ones you're
working on.

as a user of phpmyadmin, I have very much faced this problem.
so as a developer I would definitely like to work on this and improve this.
