#4469 (ok 4.2.5) Can't log in

Basically, on the 4.2.4 version I can't login, the page just refreshes without any error and the token changes. No errors in logs.

Every previous versions work.

It runs fine on my server with the mcrypt extension deactivated, but we would appreciate a confirmation from one of the reporters in this ticket, because we plan to release 4.2.5 quickly.

I tested the patch to libraries/plugins/auth/AuthenticationCookie.class.php on my 4.2.4 version of that file and it appears to work.
