#4372 (ok 4.1.14) Changing browser transformation results in unnecessary table rebuild

If I change the browser transformation options on a field, it acts as if I had done a real modification to a field, causing a table rebuild. This is unnecessary since the transformation is purely a phpMyAdmin feature, nothing to do with the underlying table, so it should detect when no real changes have been made and only make changes in the PMA database. Alternatively, the ability to change transformation should be moved out of the field editor.
