Once logged out, login screen is presented without captcha, trying to re-login reloads with login screen with recaptcha, requiring a second login attempt.

Expected function:

1/ login screen, after a user logout, should assume human, and allow re-login without captcha, or,

2/ login screen always contains captcha regardless.

This is still a problem in 4.1.9. After a logout, new recaptcha is displayed but after filling all login information and clicking on 'Go', login page is only reloaded with no error message. You can login correctly after this. The solution is also to refresh a login page after logout.
