[Phpmailer-general] Sharing & Changing PHPMailer

Hi there,

I've read the LICENSE file that comes with PHPMailer and i need a
confirmation about this:
I am selling a website template that has a contact form - a contact request
will send an email to the site admin with phpmailer, 
I've also made a couple of changes to class.phpmailer.php.

Is it ok if I'll sell my website template with the changed file?
Are there any other things that I have to do in order to include phpmailer?
