Today is the launch of the core of PHP IML.
All the basic functions are now available, thake a look at the download section.

PHP IML 0.1 uploaded.
This is a very basic library for manipulating images.
In version 0.1 you can perform the following basic transformations:
- Resize
- Rotate
- Crop
- Flip

There is no real documentation or error handling at present time, but there will be in the future.
