#212 Fixed editconfig_gedcom.php v3.1

In version 3.1 the following error occurs:

My home site URL should point to a file, as in:
"http://www.example.com/genealogy.html"

Every time I enter this, a slash is appended so it
looks like this:
"http://www.example.com/genealogy.html/".

This file will fix the problem.

Instructions:
Replace your current editconfig_gedcom.php with the
attached file.
