I accidently hit the wrong combination of keys and found myself locked out of my site "Access Died." The same on my wife's computer, but I could access using a proxy. Is there a way to AUTHORIZE my IP at any time? THanks.

The timed denial by IP only lasts for 1 hour.
I've had this happen to me too. It happens when you are working with the User List. The list of all users should always be called up by using the menu at the top of each page. Don't use the "Back" button at the top of the "Update User Account" page if you intend to send a message to a user afterwards.
The problem occurs because a URL to the Messaging system is improperly formed when that "Back" button has been used. The hacker detection code doesn't like the resultant URL.
