#967 Remote Linking - new sources - v4b9

Each time you use the remote link on the Close
Relatives page of an INDI, despite linking to the same
site GED file, the interface creates a new SOUR ID.
Now, after linking five people, we have five identical
sources created. Shouldn't the interface use an
existing source, if available, rather than creating a
new SOUR each time?

The interface provides the option to
1) create a new link/source
2) reuse an existing one.

Both options appear to work.
