#916 Charts - Change Root Person

Clicking on a name box icon (reports & family with
spouse) on a Hebrew page does not move this indi as the
root person. It works on the English page.

The alt text of this icon is cut in FireFox.

The alt text is wrong in the Relationship chart and in
the Family-Book.
The clicking on the icon does not move the individual
as the root-person.

When I hit on the icon of I92 (child) on the I1
Hourglass chart using my big file, I do not see I92 as
the root person, I see the selection page with I92
filled in.
Same for I86 (parent).

The 1st point happens in the Hebrew Pedigree report.

On the Hebrew FF page I see the alt text (when I manage to see the alt text) with ... to the right for the leftmost text that is not displayed.
