[Phonopy-users] formate graphs

Dear All,How do you formate graphs  generated by phonopy. For example, if i do not like some range of figure on a particular axis, how do i go about...it
Please, i have attached a test graph but do not want it the way it appears now.
1. I do not want to see the additional figure of the density of states at the right hand sideHow do you get rid of it.
2. I do not want the negative side of the actual figure except the positive side, how to you format such things. 

Could someone out there kindly school me on this in phonopy PLEASE?.
