Dear Phonopy users,

I have released phonopy-1.6.3. This is minor update.

The number of phonopy users is getting more and more. Unfortunately my
time that can be used for phonopy is very limited. I can not handle
all the questions from users. I'd appreciate if users help each other.
Some people have kindly answered to questions. I sincerely appreciate
their helps.
I often receive e-mails to my address for questions. Basically I don't
reply to those e-mails. Please send to the mailing list.
